How to test the conversion feature:
- Open: Reports > Customers > Reward Points
- Open: Reports > Customers > Credit
- Select a customer from the list.
- Click the Convert Toggle button at the top right corner to reveal the converter panel.
- Enter the amount you wish to convert.
- Click the Convert button to process the conversion.
- Done! Check the result in the customer's detail page.
To verify the result, click Edit on the customer, then go to the Transactions and Reward Points tabs.
